5:30 a.m. - Good Morning!!! My Little Angels doors open

5:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. ~ Morning arrival/Table Top Toys

9:30 a.m. - Breakfast

1% Milk
Fruit/Vegetable
Pancakes, waffles, eggs, or cereal
Whole Wheat Toast

10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. ~ Free Time Activities

10:45 a.m. - A.M. Snack

100% Fruit Juice/Milk or Water
Protein - cheese, yogurt, p.butter
Fruit/Vegetable
Whole Grain Crackers/Pretzels

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Preschool Lessons

12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Activity of choice

12:30 p.m. - Lunch Time

1% Milk
Whole Wheat Bread
Fruit/Vegetable
Meat {chicken, pork, beef, or fish}

1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Free Time {Indoor/Outdoor Play}

1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Rest Time - {Bodies & Minds need to rest}

3:30 p.m. - P.M. Snack

1% Milk, 100% Fruit Juice, or water
Protein
Fruit/Vegetable
Whole Grain Crackers/Pretzels/Graham/Gold Fish

4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Activity of Choice

Activity of choice - indoor/outdoor play - weather permitting

5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Quiet Table Activity {relax time for children}
